Instructions:
Take 4 tablets with a 12 ounces glass of water on an empty stomach.
20 minutes later take 3 tablets with 12 ounces of water.
Wait another 20 minutes and take the remaining 3 tablets with 12 ounces of water.
DO NOT DRINK ADDITIONAL WATER AFTER COMPLETING PRODUCT.
